Direct Dispatch (Drop Shipping)

At Grace and Fox, we work with select brands to offer a range of products via direct dispatch—also known as drop shipping. These items are shipped directly from the brand’s warehouse to your door, allowing us to provide a broader selection and competitive pricing.

We currently offer direct dispatch items from:

Each brand we partner with has its own shipping and returns policies. We've compiled all the key details below to help you shop with confidence. Please take a moment to review this information before placing your order.

Banwood – Shipping & Returns

Returns

If you would like to return part or all of your Banwood order, please email us at returns@graceandfox.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • A collection will be arranged with you in advance.

  • Once your return is received and checked, we will issue a refund for the item(s), minus the return cost (usually around £15).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Banwood item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at returns@graceandfox.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  • Banwood may offer a replacement part or exchange, depending on the issue.

  • Please include photos and a description of the fault when you email us to help us resolve the issue quickly.
